Thank you @eastsussexgirl ~ I only keep my bird videos on the You Tube website and delete the uploaded videos from my computer because of their size, maybe you could record sound from this You Tube video, but I'm not how ? Could you record direct into your phone by holding it close to your computer speakers...
thanks @simbirdcom i will have a go at that. keep recording and filming your birds and wildlife in your garden please. i live in australia and miss uk wildlife so much.
@Booze129 - Maybe you could help me. My silly cat broght a dunnock today and it is alive. It lost quite a few feathers but I think it is alright. I hope it is still alive by tomorrow and in that case what can I do to keep it well? I will really appreciate any advice. Cheers, Deb
I can't tell how bad the bird looks. Did it just lose just a few feathers? If So the feathers grow back. If there was bleeding you can try to cover it on and off with a small cloth or even tissue. They eat small pieces of rice & bread. (If it's a baby bird) Then give it water in a small spoon. Grown birds can get back out and fly easy.
@Booze129 Thanks so much for your reply. Unfortunately the bird died, he lost a lot of feathers in one side and it couldn't fly :( It spent the whole night under our bed since we couldn't catch it for being so quick! so this morning I put some water and food in my cats cage and it went in! then I closed the cage but a few minutes later he went into panic I think 'cause it seems to b dead so I held it and then it recovered and tried to scape but I put it quicly into the cage but after 5 mins died
