I've found a secret! If you get a high heel shoe with a upward curve on the toe/front bottom part of the shoe. The toe part curves up which helps you walk much easier, kind of like how a running show curves upwards on the toe.

@blulemonade try to spend a hole day in a 7 inch heal. trust me it aint easy... and zeah i don't know where your from but my sis made this meistake often 1inch isn't 1 cm it's 2.54cm so your heals are around 17.5cm!?

Put in more pressure in the back of the heel as in alittle more than you normally would use. But not TOO much! No, it wont snap xD Anyways, she said that it would be better if you do put more pressure on the back so it makes walking around on the high heels better(;
