I was a member of a union once. Not because I wanted to be. I was REQUIRED to be at the company I worked at. I was also REQUIRED to pay Union dues whether I liked it or not. I would not have gotten the job in first place if I had not been related to someone already working there for many years and a member of the union. I also had to bust my butt while other workers with "Seniority" sat on their fat butts. I left that job as soon as my hubby graduated from college.

I was a member of a union once. Not because I wanted to be. I was REQUIRED to be at the company I worked at. I was also REQUIRED to pay Union dues whether I liked it or not. I would not have gotten the job in first place if I had not been related to someone already working there for many years and a member of the union. I also had to bust my butt while other workers with "Seniority" sat on their fat butts. I left that job as soon as my hubby graduated from college.

Also those "Fat Hogs" those are our leaders and they are damn good at negotiating the unions benefits which are halfway decent, and are paid out of the union workers dues... California is a perfect example of the greed, short-sightedness, and corruption of unions. And unions aren't interested in "working with" anybody. Their position is always "DO IT MY WAY."
