can someone please give me some examples of positive things that GWB accomplished while he was in the white house ? i look forward to hearing from someone.
@MSG685 there are none -_-'... Look the best way to discover ones pro's and kons is to study the person's theories and policies, so do a recap, if u will, of Bush's term as president, governor, and senator.. Im sure you'll find those unbiased answer's that you're lookin for.
@TheTRckr yea ,i already know the answer. this comment is kind of a social experiment . i wanted to hear from bush supporters why they think he was good . i put this comment on several vids. most of them pro bush . you are only the second person to reply back. the first person was just some right wing ass who only wanted to attack me . nobody can defend him .thank you for your reply.
@XXLSexy2k7 Lol, I'd call lying to Americans that Saddam Hussein was involved in 9/11 and that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction pretty tasteless too. So, I think this gets a pass.
It's just as well, George W. Bush's reign as President made about as much sense as going into a Chick Fil'A and asking for Swedish Meatballs. In fact, I'm sure Cheech Marin would've made a better president than that cuntlicking cocksucker. Sorry Republicans for I vote Democrat.
You are on the right path about life. Do not think for a second George Bush was a conservative or a Christian just because he lied to us about abortion. He never really fought too hard to make it illegal, he sure was busy at war, which has but one purpose kill into submission, Luciferian. One war they had to use deception to enter, and the other true enemy ,a dangerous death cult follower, Osama Bin Laden, was let go ... while expanding government and removing right to privacy, both deceptivly.
I was kind of annoyed by this because of the importance of the event, but I also understood it. Bush's presidency just became a frustrating symbol of everything that was going wrong-a tanking economy, international isolation, two wars, and a stream of controversies. The image simply became that things weren't going to get any better while he was president. Not that they are much better now, but it was a relief to see it all over.
I'm so tired of hearing about people whining about "respecting the office." The "office," lost a lot, if not all, it's dignity a long time before Obama came into it, as dignity is measured not by the jeers of citizens but by the conduct and decisions of elected officials. On that score, Bush should be ashamed of himself. If being booed by Americans who managed to keep their dignity (after losing their homes/jobs during his presidency) is the worst Bush has, then he's very lucky.
Actually Obama did the the right thing in being Pro-Choice! It's no man's right to tell a woman what she can and can't do with her body!
I booed Bush because I believe that he really needs a reality check if you ask me because stupid American's that voted for obviously didn't look at the big picture!

Hopefully one of the first "changes" Obama makes is to give some of his supporters a little class and tact, because they seem to be seriously lacking.
I get that you disagree with the guy, but he was still the president. People don't know what that pressure is like so who are they to ridicule him?
And I think you boo at sporting events, not at presidential inaugurations. What's happened to our society? GROW UP.
And these are the people who elected Obama? Well, my generation is screwed then.
@oXLoveCrisisXo If Bush was only there for the oil then why is gas so expensive. Your boy, AND I DON'T MEAN THAT IS A RACIST TERM EITHER, has run this country so far in debt and given so much away, that it will take decades to recover.
Speaking of shitholes, HOW IS THAT JOB CREATION RATE GOING?
I wonder how these brainwash sheeps I call Obama supporters going to react when the depression hits. I seriously doubt these idiots know the meaning of SOCIALISM. Do they know Obama is a puppet to the central bankers?!?! The way we hated Bush for his foreign policies, will be the same way for Obama's economic policies. Then by 2012, we will all be booing his ass out the white house. Go research the Federal Reserves, CFR, and Bilderberg Group.
Do you know what a liberal is? Do you know what a neocon is? Well you should, because when you start calling people "liberal" as if it where a bad thing, you probably hate America more than you realize and are a neocon.
Actually Woodrow Wilson is the worst. Why you may ask? Because he put the Federal Reserves into power in 1913. Since then, The US dollar has devalued to 4cents in compared to1913. Sorry for the history lesson but go research the Federal Reserve because realistically they control Obama and run this control.
As a christian and a veteran I have lots of love for this country. I'm glad Bush got booed. As citizens, it is our obligation to inform our government when they mess up otherwise we repeat history b/c we don't hold accountability. Based on your words, I assume you are someone who "loves freedom, and moral values." By moral values, do you mean starting a war under false pretenses? By moral values do you mean condoning the vile use of torture? Our lord and savior must be so proud. Peace.
I gonna have to disagree with you because me as a Christian I have to reflect the love of Jesus even to our enemies and people we dont like! So all I can do for Bush is shake his hand thank him for what he did and tell him that he made alot of mistakes! However people have no right to do what they did. I mean you should read Mattew 24 this is gonna happen no matter what. Its God's will.
I here what you are saying, and you make a decent point. However, there is a fine line between mistakes that are honest, and mistakes that are blatantly beligerant and selfish in the case of resorting to torture and cherry picking intelligence to start a false war in the name of profit and not peace. If I were there, I would have booed as well. Now, there is a difference as far as I'm concerned between booing someone and just outright cussing someone's name. Its all how you interperet it. peace
...to follow up, my boos would have been aimed more at Cheney and not so much Bush because I honestly feel Bush's presidency would have been way different and way better had Cheney not been VP. Poor Bush was a puppet too blind to see the strings in which Cheney was pulling.
Right, so lets all just sit back w/ our mouths shut while our government becomes more corrupt and does whatever it wants. Instead of holding our leaders accountable when they make beligerant mistakes, lets cheer them anyway with the hope that history won't repeat itself. Gotcha :-)
you said, "Honestly, Obama will turn out much worse than Bush."
Then I strongly suggest you sound off and speak your mind. Exercise your free speech. If you see something wrong with the way our elected officials are running this government, do something about it. Don't just sit back and do nothing. Peace. Booing doesn't necessarily constitute slander or disrespect in my oppinion. Applauding a war criminal to me just doesn't seem right.
Then what does it constitute corysoulier? Look, I get what you're saying, but if you are a Christian, as am I, you'll pray for our leaders. I personally think that Obama will not be a good president, simply because he's just like Clinton, but I will pray for him and not boo him.
BTW, if Bush is a 'war criminal' Obama is a 'mass murderer' for condoning abortion.
This working class caucasian thinks Bu$h is lucky to have ONLY been booed.
Bet he wears 3 bulletproof vests at all times. He shouldn't be so worried...the only threat would be from the CIA, who took out both Kennedys and MLK..and they LOVE him allowing them to carry out nefarious secret deeds and giving the US a black eye.
Bush was terrible, maybe the worst ever, although Obama might not be that good. To run on the platform vote for me because I'm half nigger how is that going to help? Watch all the blacks freak out when they realize Obama isn't going to mail them checks and might even tell them to get to work. He'll be labeled an Uncle Tom real soon you watch.
In the last thirty years, the top 1% wealthiest Americans saw their income double, while the rest of us tread water. Republicans work for the wealthy, work for corporate America, a government by of and for the people...of wealth and privilege!
I'm not saying that the Democrats are much better. But look into the tactic called 'starve the beast'. The long term goal of the Republican party is to roll back the budget 50 to 75% by eliminating the social safety nets, back to the time before FDR.

How many of the 2 million people actually booed?
I was expecting more than that :(
Also, Obama's gonna be worst than Bush.
Sure all the CHANGE and HOPE empty, vague speeches are inspiring, but beyond the messianic idolation, the Kenyan-born (hence cannot constitutionally hold the office of POTUS) senator of 3 and a half years is only the latest PR campaign of the same groups that own and control the US government and have been for over a century... wait, go back to bed America, forget about it
To bad everyone didn't start Throwing Shoes at the SCUMBAG FASCIST PIG!!!
And anyone who believes he was even a decent President is a SCUMBAG FASCIST TOO..and is AGAINST The Constitution which our Forefathers fought so hard to create...!!!
GO beat your wife on StupidBowl Sunday..you Scumbag!!
O dear. To me the man is a hero, as he is tp all true patriots. I guess you can't please everyone. O well. This is the free world - another legacy left to us by our great President. 4200 men laid down their lives for the President. I'm sure he would be prepared to do the same for any of them. That's the sort of guy he is. The man makes me proud to be a human being.
He's a "hero?" A war-dodging coward who talked TOUGH when he was behind the desk pushing the perverbial war button? The war was NOT about WMD. It was about bush finishing his "daddys" agenda. Osama was in Afghanistan...wtf are troops doing in Iraq? Zarqawi was killed, both of Saddam's sons were killed and Saddam was hanged. Four men dead to the tune of 1.6 TRILLION dollars? 4,200 men laid down their lives because they are in the MILITARY! They recieved "orders" to go over there.
Twizzle. Whatever we think in hindsight, Bush did this out of love for the American people. At the time, people were calling for the total destruction of Iraq and the heavy use of nuclear weapons, after 9/11 - I can remember this very well. If Bush has averted all out nuclear war and possible total destruction of the planet due to WW3, then the 1.6 Trillion dollars is money well spent. Naturally the 4200 men who died constitute American lives, and this is terrible.
Ahhhh, yes. His LOVE for the have and have "mores". That REALLY speaks for the middle class people I guess. Honeslty I'm GLAD you pointed this out to me. What was I thinking? You are a GENIUS! Oh, I will read EVERYTHING you post and LEARN from it oh wise one! Now let me get away from this PC and find one of these PLENTIFUL $50K per year jobs that were created under his administration.
Well, I hope that Obama can carry on the great man's legacy. Bush has served his country not merely in Vietnam but as the Commander in Chief himself, conducting a war in defense of humanity. He is a man of honor, dignity and most of all humiliy. I feel all emotional when I think of this great human being.
a little gift for us from the republicans and bush administration
"The economy shrank at a 3.8% pace at the end of 2008, the worst showing in a quarter-century, as the deepening recession forced consumers and businesses to throttle back spending."
but remember that $4/gal gas you paid for last summer?
"Exxon Mobil Corp. on Friday reported a profit of $45.2 billion for 2008, breaking its own record for a US company, even as its fourth-quarter earnings fell 33% from a year ago."
You can thank the mainstream media for encouraging that sort of behavior. They seemed intent on airing as much anti-Bush sentiment as they could stir up.
I was not an Obama supporter but I would never have behaved this way. I didn't care for Clinton but if I had been at Bush's inauguration I certainly would not have booed him.
swanningaround, "George deserves our respect. He was the bravest of the brave."
yeah, I'm sure those 4200+ American troops who actually went to fight in bush's wear against a country that didn't and couldn't attack us would totally agree if they weren't dead
Yes George bush WAS brave. He proudly SERVED in vietnam along with his buddy cheney. They both bravely fought the enemy and has EARNED the respect to declare war as he feel deemed necessary. (Look up their vietnam war experience, it should be on wikkipedia)
susulovesjesus, bush was the worst president in US history. he ruined the world economy. booing was the least these good American Citizens could have done.
WOW, talk about disrepect??? half those pieces of shit probly dont know a damn thing about politicts, they see a black man run and suddenly they give a fuck, get a fucking life losers.
What is horribly disrespectful and inconsiderate is George W. Bush abusing his power, repeatedly committing illegal acts and driving our country, nose first, into the ground on every level.
If ALL that is done to him is getting booed, I'd say he got off pretty easy.
That has already happened! It's on youtube. He got booed in florida! So what? Bush has done damage in catastrophic proportions that has caused untold MILLIONS of people of the next generation to suffer and pay for. Getting booed and shoes getting thrown at him is MINOR compared to what is REALLY owed to him.
Glad to see you still goin' at it with the repugnantcan minded folk. It's sad that not ONE GOP member is in support of our economic stimulus situation. Not ONE vote from them. I think their "reputation" is more important. They want to be the ones to say "I told you so" if things don't pan out like they should with this new $819 Billion stimulus package.
TwizzleDoc, I got news for them, this is jsut the first in many stimulus bills. only repugnantcant fools think that one silver bullet will cure all of the diseases bushit unleashed
The booing wasn't necasary. He did the best he could! He had to deal with the war, the economy! I no everyone is blaming him for the economy but thats not his falt, the whole world is facing this.
of course it was necessary.he should be handcuffed and put in jail. the economy is like this because of him, of course he had to deal with the war HE STARTED IT for no reason!!now that war wasnt necessary!!! or would you like some stupid as president to give the order so that they could throw bombs at your house and kill your family? he should be charge as a criminal, you go expend 10 billion dollars a month like he is or was, and see if it doesnt affect your economy or your familys! think again

This crowd had no class. He is still the President of the USA. Maybe in 2013 when Obama is leaving the white house, he will get booed. I'm sure they won't be spending $150Million on the next President's innauguration.
Alright....I figured out why this is so hilariously annoying (aside from being uncalled for) This IS "Idiocracy". lol Ever see that movie? One would think people wouldn't do this...if nothing else....to avoid the American stereotype of a declining intelligence, and behavior much like this, that's being made fun of in that movie.
the fact that Bush was elected (debatable) twice is more evidence of general ignorance and apathy of the American public. He should've been impeached and now he should be prosecuted for war crimes...
Wow......I voted Obama, and am no great fan of Bush, but I would have never booed him like that.
Granted he brings a lot of it on himself by never admitting to any mistakes. If he'd be more remorseful, people would forgive easier. However, he isn't and they won't....
God bless form president Bush. Shame on all the people who booed and all the hateful people writing virulent comments against him. Blinded sheep you all are. Blinded by liberal propaganda. You'll realize how foolish you all are some day in the future and regret your animosity.

I agree with thumpernicus, this was really the only opportunity for Americans to vent some of the frustrations of the past 8 years and make sure the bastard knows how we feel. Fortunately, Bush also wrecked any chance of the republican party getting the presidency for a LONG time. It will take many terms of democrat leadership to get this country back on track. Yeah, normally booing someone is not appropriate, but I would make an exception for George Bush.
Yes, He and his cohorts orchestrated the False Flag 911, He invaded a country under False premises, He was negligent in the response of FEMA during Katrina... and the list goes on and on and on and on...
I am what many would call a liberal (thought the term offends me) and I was in the crowd. I have to say that it made me uncomfortable when the booing started. I agree with almost nothing that Bush ever did, but I don't think that an event like this is the appropriate venue for this particular form of decent.
What would be the proper venue? Where would thousands, if not millions of Americans get the opportunity for Bush to actually HEAR what they thought of him?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
these people have no class. atleast show the man some respect. i bet half of them have no clue about this nation's policies or what is going on in this country as a whole. President bush did a good job of keeping this country safe. good thing he wasn't swayed by the opinions of these liberal americans who r seeking for socalled "change". Farewell sir
@tongeliyah, show him respect? He didn't show the American people or the constitution any respect. What about the respect of thousands of our soldiers that have died in the war? Granted, had I been there, I wouldn't have booed. But he got what he deserved. He showed such a lack of respect for the highest office in the land. He deserved every boo and then some.
Anyone who really cares about this, Please write a letter (on paper!) to President Obama to ask him to cooperate with the International Criminal Court so that members of the Bush administration will be held accountable for war crimes and crimes against humanity. The address is
Pusillanimity: the quality or state of being pusillanimous : cowardlines. Bush was too much of a coward to face the truth so he bent the facts to suit his own mad theory, trumping up phony intelligence, and having Colin Powell present lies to the UN. Bush trashed our reputation in the world, created a pointless war that killed more than 4000 soldiers and 100,000 Iraques and pulled the lynch pin out of the Middle East. The right wing is not served by this dangerous idiot.
Magnanimity (derived from the Latin roots magn- great, and anima, soul) is the virtue of being great of mind and heart. It encompasses, usually, a refusal to be petty, a willingness to face danger, and actions for noble purposes. Its antithesis is pusillanimity. Both terms were coined by Aristotle, who called magnanimity "the crowning virtue."
liberals always have and always will lack this crowning virtue!
this is the freest form of speech there is. the american people had no say in policy the past 8 years. people should be doing this in the halls of congress too. for flushing our country down the toilet.
actually i voted for Ron Paul out here in Montana. but i find it humorous that Obama is my "messiah" because im not a war mongering right winger. stay angry evansville!!
I was in D.C. when this happened. I think the way the announcer inserted "the honorable" just made it all the more tempting for the crowd to "boo" him. Did they have to re-assert that he was honorable? It also just shows that in a democracy, the people speak. Most of the people at the inauguration were for change FOR Obama against Bush. Hence, they saw this as the only chance to voice their opinions about abandoning Bush to take in Obama in their favor.
LOL!! i will admit not all videos make me laught and sometime i find some of them really.. well dumb.. but this video made me laugh for reals haha imma watch it again!
Worrun. U r a disgarce u effin rascist!!!!!! Wat the hell????? can't u be normal and try to insult people in less offensive ways. Just shameful that is. just shameful.
That was some sendoff...was it disrespectful? A bit, but so was the praxis of "W" insulting our intelligence through trickery and deceit for 8 whole yrs...
Yes he was a bad pres. BUT, we have no respect for the office anymore. I am a flaming dem but when I heard this, I was pissed, he was all of our president and we ought to be ashamed of ourselves, hes gone get over it. Obama is gonna make mistakes and I dont wanna hear him get this treatment.
If I'd been there, stick-in-the-mud MSNBC commentary aside, i'd have been booing my lungs out when Dubyaa showed up. Did anyone notice that when Dubya walked in and they played "Hail to the chief" it sounded kinda like the Mickey Mouse clubhouse music or the when the background music when the monkeys attack in the Wizard of Oz?!
Obama's first priority as President should be the American people. Instead, one the first executive orders that he signed is to close Gitmo and stop 20 trials of the detained Terrorists two of which are on trial for 9/11. Yeah, now, tell me if he isn't a Muslim. Now that he is president, Obama should just come out and admit that he is Muslim. It wouldn't matter, people don't care, I'm sure that they would love his religion as much as they love him. Male control over bitches, cool!
Stop hating Bush,it's over,he already gladly handed the presidency to Muslim Obama who will kiss the Muslim's ass & allow Muslims to bomb us without doing a dam thing about it. Jan 20th Obama delivered The United States to Allah & Islam. Bush will live to say, "I told you so." Be happy you dam Muslim mother fuckers you have won. You have successfully bought & paid for the presidency for Obama and Sharia Law will be the law of our land. Today war with Isreal, tomorrow war in the U.S..

Peace.
corysoulier 3 years ago 2
I gonna have to disagree with you because me as a Christian I have to reflect the love of Jesus even to our enemies and people we dont like! So all I can do for Bush is shake his hand thank him for what he did and tell him that he made alot of mistakes! However people have no right to do what they did. I mean you should read Mattew 24 this is gonna happen no matter what. Its God's will.
hydroxycut1128 3 years ago 2
So you must also love Obama.
Twizzledoc187 3 years ago
I here what you are saying, and you make a decent point. However, there is a fine line between mistakes that are honest, and mistakes that are blatantly beligerant and selfish in the case of resorting to torture and cherry picking intelligence to start a false war in the name of profit and not peace. If I were there, I would have booed as well. Now, there is a difference as far as I'm concerned between booing someone and just outright cussing someone's name. Its all how you interperet it. peace
corysoulier 3 years ago
...to follow up, my boos would have been aimed more at Cheney and not so much Bush because I honestly feel Bush's presidency would have been way different and way better had Cheney not been VP. Poor Bush was a puppet too blind to see the strings in which Cheney was pulling.

"I'm glad Bush got booed."
Then you're obviously not honoring your leaders....like the Bible says...hmmm...
Hethrin 2 years ago
Right, so lets all just sit back w/ our mouths shut while our government becomes more corrupt and does whatever it wants. Instead of holding our leaders accountable when they make beligerant mistakes, lets cheer them anyway with the hope that history won't repeat itself. Gotcha :-)
corysoulier 2 years ago
Uh, no. Don't say anything. Honestly, Obama will turn out much worse than Bush, I for one won't boo him.
Hethrin 2 years ago
you said, "Honestly, Obama will turn out much worse than Bush."
Applauding a war criminal to me just doesn't seem right.
corysoulier 2 years ago
Then what does it constitute corysoulier? Look, I get what you're saying, but if you are a Christian, as am I, you'll pray for our leaders. I personally think that Obama will not be a good president, simply because he's just like Clinton, but I will pray for him and not boo him.
BTW, if Bush is a 'war criminal' Obama is a 'mass murderer' for condoning abortion.
Hethrin 2 years ago

In the last thirty years, the top 1% wealthiest Americans saw their income double, while the rest of us tread water. Republicans work for the wealthy, work for corporate America, a government by of and for the people...of wealth and privilege!
I'm not saying that the Democrats are much better. But look into the tactic called 'starve the beast'. The long term goal of the Republican party is to roll back the budget 50 to 75% by eliminating the social safety nets, back to the time before FDR.

O dear. To me the man is a hero, as he is tp all true patriots. I guess you can't please everyone. O well. This is the free world - another legacy left to us by our great President. 4200 men laid down their lives for the President. I'm sure he would be prepared to do the same for any of them. That's the sort of guy he is. The man makes me proud to be a human being.
swanningaround 3 years ago
He's a "hero?" A war-dodging coward who talked TOUGH when he was behind the desk pushing the perverbial war button? The war was NOT about WMD. It was about bush finishing his "daddys" agenda. Osama was in Afghanistan...wtf are troops doing in Iraq? Zarqawi was killed, both of Saddam's sons were killed and Saddam was hanged. Four men dead to the tune of 1.6 TRILLION dollars? 4,200 men laid down their lives because they are in the MILITARY! They recieved "orders" to go over there.
Twizzledoc187 3 years ago 2
Naturally the 4200 men who died constitute American lives, and this is terrible.
swanningaround 3 years ago

a little gift for us from the republicans and bush administration
"The economy shrank at a 3.8% pace at the end of 2008, the worst showing in a quarter-century, as the deepening recession forced consumers and businesses to throttle back spending."
but remember that $4/gal gas you paid for last summer?
"Exxon Mobil Corp. on Friday reported a profit of $45.2 billion for 2008, breaking its own record for a US company, even as its fourth-quarter earnings fell 33% from a year ago."

How embarrassing.
You can thank the mainstream media for encouraging that sort of behavior. They seemed intent on airing as much anti-Bush sentiment as they could stir up.

ExcaliburofLight 3 years ago
Magnanimity (derived from the Latin roots magn- great, and anima, soul) is the virtue of being great of mind and heart. It encompasses, usually, a refusal to be petty, a willingness to face danger, and actions for noble purposes. Its antithesis is pusillanimity. Both terms were coined by Aristotle, who called magnanimity "the crowning virtue."
liberals always have and always will lack this crowning virtue!

Obama's first priority as President should be the American people. Instead, one the first executive orders that he signed is to close Gitmo and stop 20 trials of the detained Terrorists two of which are on trial for 9/11. Yeah, now, tell me if he isn't a Muslim.
