AHHH! It's sad! They didn't end up together but overall the movie was absolutely beautiful! One of my favorite classical movies! It was stunning and sweet. :) I love it! I was into it the whole movie and then the end made me cry so much! ;'(...I wanted a happier ending! I love this movie but also hate the ending. It's too sad.

It was Nicholas off to save the day by pronouncing he did not want to be king so that Princess Mia (Anne Hathaway - who is also in this movie) could be Queen. That was also an amazing movie, but unlike in that, unfortunately Jane does not end out with Tom - as this was a real life story - where Jane Austen remained a spinster all her life. Easy to confuse the two movies, I'm sure.

I think he risked everything for her and she should have made the same. In the end she made both unhappy. One of the last scenes, outside the inn, when they both had eloped, she tries hard to find excuses to leave him; he, in return, counterbacks all her arguments. I think the tried to make her ´react´and gave her the opportunity to choose. It´s a great movie. James Mcavoy has by far the best role and he portrayed it gloriuosly. By the way....GREAT VIDEO! Congrats!
