@vfortune1 its not anonymous this is my real account and if you ask stupid questions anyone has the right to call you on it. if you knew the xbox its a pan-fit setup so yes if your res is off the image will be stretched to fill the screen, so make you themes images better then what you are going to display at so they arnt fuzzy when viewed.

@TriskaidekaPunk well get a xbox over ps3.... no network failures, game prices drop faster, and the whole setup is cheaper, and this tool is badass you cant mod the friends icons with it though, not even preload one from another theme so thats the drag, but bottom line i love using it, JUST need a sandisk sdd jump microsoft on the newest update restricted all over to format to use as a mem stick. I wasnt trying to piss ya off i was just being a smartass :)

@gmcbullet.. You can use paint but it will not be of such good quality compared to Photoshop you can download Photoshop for free if you would like just search in you "how to get Photoshop CS5 for free" and have a watch of a video hope this has helped you :)

When you had to print screen the pic, if it's a PNG and the background is black, if you set the layer to Screen it should go away with no Black background atall.

Incase you didn't know you can just add .png at the end of the file and it will automatically change into PNG format.

How come the quality turned out HORRIBLE on my xbox 360? I mean, the quality looked good on my computer, but the pictures turned out all pixel-ated and crap... HELP

@PhiledelphiaEagles it helps if the pictures you use are the dimensions 1920x1080. if they aren't, the xbox will make the pixels bigger to make the image that size, which makes it look terrible. so make sure when your done editing to make it's dimensions 1902x1080 and it will look tons better

@PhiledelphiaEagles Since your using MSP i don't think there is a way to change the dimensions that way... so after you get the image the way you want it, save it and head over to google and type in Pixresizer. download it. It's a program that lets you resize images to any desired size.

Whenever I copy image the Template, it never comes up with the right dimension... The picture copies, but there is a whole lotta white below the orange (that I didn't put there, it's randomly there)

It's like a mini-Photoshop.

here is a easier way 2 make a back ground that has different pictures for which ever section you are on. first, download modio, then format your USB stick to your xbox. next, unplug your USB, put it in your computer and go on to modio. then click the big "M" in the corner and go to the right side bit that says make custom stuff. then it comes up and you can choose the four pictures to use in your theme. you can also chose the colour of the semi-circle at the bottom. then click save 2 device. :)

@yankeesman75 lol all you have to do is get this template in paint cover up the white space with a background from google images or something, select all and copy and paste it into powerpoint, then find a cod4 render and set the background colour for the render to transparent, (in picture tab and recolour) then insert word are or go to flaming text . com or something like that then you should be able to save as a jpeg and onto your usb stick !
