  • "I've got my mind set on you james ray". Search this. The song is on YT. Kind of a reggae feel.

    Recorded in 63.

  • George looks hot here. Mind you, he never looks anything other than hot and gorgeous...

  • nice teeth

  • si alguien pudiera subtitular esta entrevista al espanol soy fan de georege

  • George had a brilliant, dry, droll wit!

  • @timishere1925 - I was wondering that, too, but it may not be eyeliner- his lashes were always thick. Or maybe they did apply something to make sure he didn't look faded. I've never seen him look this relaxed in an interview.

  • I'm a huge fan but have to ask...what's up with the eyeliner on George?

  • That's Lynda Carter's voice isn't it?

  • Georgey! Love this man

  • And they were all... alcoholics. *giggle*... *awkward silence*

  • Why does she keep interupting him?

  • @Nigelxman1 Did you even watch the interview? I was quoting George, he was talking about some of his friends.

  • aww, George, he was so kind...

  • Humble human being inspite of all the fame.

  • Thank you for this upload. George, the 'Silent Beatle'...may the Lord Bless you and keep you. You are loved and truly missed.

  • 3:45 AWWW i love George and Olivia so much...they were amazing together <3 And Dhani liked Got My Mind Set on You lol :) Ugh there are no words to describe what an amazing person George was.

  • George Harrison may be the perfect father

  • "jeff, like some other people, was a big beatles fan."

    i love george so much.

  • george seems more at ease and down to earth you could feel at ease having a pint with him a true scouser

  • warming man...

  • He's so damn good looking! Wish he was still here and making music. I miss you George! <3

  • Down to earth and a solid individual. I heard he was the "muscle" of the Beatles.

  • @HCL808 he was soul,no muscle of :> sweet,lovely

  • Who's the intervier?

  • Anyone have a date on this interview? 80s I'm assuming..

  • november 87.

  • I love him, I really do miss him indeed.

  • All four of the Beatles deserve respect. The Beatles wouldn't have been so great if John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr were not part of it.

  • I love and miss you George!! Come back, i'll give 30 of our so called celebrities from now. How humble and gentle he was as a man. Dont meet many multi millionaires with such a beautiful demeanor! Peace and love to you and the beatles George. XX

  • I wish so much with all my heart that George could still be here :(( It almost feels like he still is here

  • @SweetChick10101 cuse he is here, remember your soul is still alive you just lost your body, and I believe what George was believing in reincarnation

  • It's a damned shame he's gone. George was a great man, but cigarettes killed him.

  • George was a musical genius and one of the most honest, wise, caring people using music to try to help the world

  • at 9:20 he looks so confused ! hahahha . hes so cute. (:

  • George was always kind of grumpy, which is why I love him.

  • thank you jayfey77 for this upload. i really enjoy interviews and especially of GH lol thanks!

  • This girl's annoying. I wish she would stop yapping, or they'd muffle her voice

  • Love those eyebrows.

  • @likealepermessiah i KNOW! Tell l you what I think...John and even Paul were made so insecure by George's good looks and intellect they blocked him out of the spotlight when they could see he was gonna challenge them even THERE. After all, which Beatle got Patti for a bride? Which Beatle could wear clothes like a model? Which Beatle was gifted in math? Which Beatle grew friends for breakfast, in the Formula 1 world, in the music world? That's just off the top of my head...

  • Nope, George left when they were filming Let it be, they (or Paul, I'm not sure) kinda begged him to come back, so he did after Billy Preston joined them, George said it was more comfortable

  • he was truly an inspiration, r.i.p. george

  • John was an ego maniac full of his own self importance, he talked about love and peace and never gave a shit about Julian, Paul was another ego maniac, thinking he was so important .... George was the most down to earth and the most likeable beatle by a mile .. George was a true legend who never bought into beatlemania wereas John and Paul absolutely got off on it .. What a great man George Harrison was .. RIP a True Legend ..

  • George was totally into Beatlemania and said it was a great thing and a bad thing. He loved it.

  • Screw you. All the Beatles were legend. SCREW YOU!!

  • @elvisrose1340 wow......this is EXACTLY how i feel about George!! And about paul and lennon, who didnt quite let him do much in Beatles...and they thought they were very important and all...even Paul sometimes mentions Lennon/McCartney when he refers to the old stuff...

Anyway, truly, the REAL Legend was Harrison.

  • @elvisrose1340 i agree, but i love john and paul but they were and are a bit full of themselves , but george is amazing :] but what about Ringo? He was amazing :P

  • @elvisrose1340

they were all nice people who... like you and i.... were far from perfect... but they were incredibly talented with overall good intent...george could be a dick too...he'd probably be the first to tell you...

you dumb fuck....and i love and respect elvis but he could be a dick too...

just like most humans u bonehead

  • @elvisrose1340, finally somebody who thinks john was an asshole!

  • @elvisrose1340 what about ringo?

  • @elvisrose1340 what about ringo?

  • @elvisrose1340 I'm with you to an extent. I still think well of John but I have to agree that if I'd went to school with them or something like that, I would've hung out with George much more. Seemed like a very nice, genuine guy. He was pretty underrated too which is really sad.

  • @elvisrose1340 I think george and ringo, were always down to earth like you sad

  • @elvisrose1340 You know he's a selfless person when his last words were "Love one another."

  • @elvisrose1340 100% on the money. Ringo and George never got the fame light compared to John and Paul, but they were 100 times the quality.

  • I love George :)

He'll always be my favorite <3

  • what year was this?

  • november 87 i believe.

  • Only George would throw a Python reference into an interview...'Spot The Loony'...bravo!!

  • 9:16 - 9:27

    tehehehe

  • doesnt it seem like john and ringo enjoyed being in the beatles alot more than paul and george did.anybody??

  • i never really got the fab thing, i thought it just meant fabulous as in really good. still doesn't really make any sense.

  • "And my advice to those who die: / Declare the pennies on your eyes....TAXXXXMANNNN"

  • lovely lad ( fear an-mhaith)

  • George is so great! = D

  • one of the most talented people in the industry of music

  • yay the whole interview!

  • I heart Geo XD He's so humble x3

"Just for Today" sounds amazing. -looks up-

  • my favorite beatle....he was also the nicest beatle......while my guitar gently weeps.........legend.

  • @mvp91593 I get the feeling that while he certainly seems to have been the most hoenst and sincere, I wouldn't think he was all that nice to those who bugged him. From what I've read, he had a very specific way of making people feel pretty shitty when it was called for. However, I do find him to be the most interesting of all the Beatles to listen to simply because he had nothing to hide.

  • jeff like some other people(maybe like billions of other people) is a beatles fan hehe

  • Is there any way I can get this on DVD? I think I fell for him after this interview.. These is something that caught my heart and I haven't been the same since... :-)

  • I remember watching this before when someone else uploaded it, but then it got taken down. Stupid youtube. Thanks so much for reposting it! George is so interesting and funny here.

  • yeah i was the one who put it up but my old account was suspended so i made a new one.i will be putting up another interviewof his from 1988 very soon.

  • Thanks for this!!!, great post...

  • yay iv been wanting to see this
