Hi Mark,
I live in St. Louis and my carpet and walls look just like what is in your video. I have had the vents cleaned, and I no longer burn candles. What can I do to ensure this wont happen again? Will caulking around the baseboards help before we install new carpeting? I wish you were in St. Louis!!! Thanks for any advice you can share, no one in St. Louis seems to know much about this condition.
