I don't understand how anyone can say the Patriot Act is "secretly" interpreted. Canadian judges think they are above the law. The judge in my case refused to make the lawyer for HSBC obey her order and she would not hold him in contempt. The order was to file my statement of claim. It was never filed and therefore the judge had zero jurisdiction to even decide my case. HSBC never had to file any documents or pay any fees despite the court rules. They basically told the judge what to decide and she obeyed, ignoring hard evidence of a massive breach of trust against investors
