Don´t get me wrong, I love wolfmother and AC/DC, but you can´t forget everyone else.

However wolfmother is indeed one of the best rock bands in our current society, no doubts there.

easy now, the white stripes aren't crap. they are exactly what you wish you thought of and then some.

listen to blue orchid and try to not feel anything resembling rocking out. its impossible.

and on top of that. had it not been for the stripes, wolfmother probably wouldnt have written this song, or apple tree, or where eagles have been or tales. stockdale has said multiple times that hes inspired by them both musically and performance wise. its about joining the family not picking it apart. just enjoy music for what it is. buy a record instead of downloading it. enjoy music, and connect with it.

I've listenned to a White Stripes disc once and I seriously didn't feel it. It was the one with Seven Nation Army. I mean, it wasn't bad, but that wasn't any really cool thing in it IMO, it didn't attract me as much as Wolfmother does.

thats cool. you should give jack whites other two bands a listen. the raconteurs are a full band that KILL and his other band, the dead weather have jack on drums and are seemingly ferocious. both are sick.

I love this song because it starts off calm and gentle and ends up calm and gentle. For example "Tales From The Forest of Gnomes" and "Mind's Eye" both start off gentle but then later on they elevate to a somewhat harder riff. Same thing does happen in "Vagabond" but it switches back to the starting riff right before the end.

Not that it's a bad thing, just mentioning that it's just good to have songs like this too.
