Victim of its own success? Too many kids? Too little variation on venues? I don't really think it matured or diversified properly. The last one I went to was not sold out and my girl and I spent a lot of time on the dodgems cos the dance halls were too cold... there was too much emphasis on the Happy Hardcore side which attracted a VERY young crowd and I think a lot of people got tired of that. Beer was hard to come by (just one, please!) and the frisking and queueing on entry got very dull.

@timboslayer the exact same reason rezerection up here in edinburgh ended dude, far to much uk hardcore/happy hardcore and yeah the crowd got younger hence the true hardcore crowd ( rez was mainly hardcore and I mean real scottish/dutch hardcore) stopped going. The last rez in '97 was a joke with only 1 of the 3 tents open, and hixxy there ( hixxy at fuckin rez WTF ) went bust after that, still was at a few from 93 through 94, when it was at its peak and still have great memories

No problem brother, happy to help! You can still get these old tracks but because not many were initially printed, they're now quite rare so you can expect to pay top dollar for them. The EDM picture disc sells for around £100, and there's a classic track called Hypnotic Feeling on Spaceflower Records, that sells for around £100 as well!
