I think Miyaichi is a raw winger. He may be better than Usami as a winger but Usami could play as a Second Striker or maybe even as an attacking midfielder, while Miyaichi couldn't, IMO.

Also, obviously Miyaichi is faster than Usami, but Usami has a better kicking power from what I have seen of him when he was still playing for Gamba Osaka.

These are two very different players.
