That is NO magic trick. Like @SlowRiver911 says, he blows on the cigarettes. My uncle did the exact same thing with a tube of chapstick and he TOLD me that he blew on it. If you notice at about 1:05, he leans forward just as the cigarettes move, then he leans back again and starts talking. It's obvious, that he blows them.
