played the demo, this game felt cluncky and slow. had a nice tactical edge but it still sucked balls overall. it's a great idea to make co-op shooters but not when they leave you feeling like you just played a half arsed game. i don't recommend this game, rent this, as if the demo is anything to go on it will be repetative and balls. the only nice thing was the customisation.

Maybe it felt slow because the servers are shit, and you probably played online. If you did, you also probably had your crosshair delayed when you tried to move it around... Right? Try using splitscreen with a bud, or by yourself if you have 2 controllers.

it's a demo, not a game, it's not meant to leave you feeling like you playe a "half arsed game" its supposed to give you a sneak peak at new gameplay, settings, characters, not representative of final product quality

dude if the demo don't impress, fuck the game lol. the whole point of a demo is to show the player what he game will be like without giving too much away. they failed, simple as; it didn't impress and it certainly didn't leave me with the feeling of wanting to play more of the game.

you are seriously misinformed, do you have any idea when the demo actually gets finishes? months and months before the finished product is released, huge changes take place between the release of the demo versus the release of the game, the demo is simply there to give you a glimpse of the new changes and gameplay mechanics and maybe a cinematic. it's not representative of the story, plot, or final quality, the engine goes through big changes long after the demo is finished

... you don't seem to get my point. there would have to be "astronomic changes" to make this game "good", and i use the term good lightly because to be honest ( and lets face it ) this game isn't going to be good in terms of gameplay. ok so yes the graphics were shit in the demo, and yes they will be upgraded in the full version. but listen friend my problems never were with the graphics so unless they thoughrally overall the overall feel of the game it's not gonna be very "good".

I don't have any third person shoothers except SOCOM Conforntation. The SOCOM series must be one of the best third person shooters as well. And I got MGS but that game is not so good I think.

NO NO NO, Dante's Inferno is a ripoff. In fact, I think it's the same game. I've never, EVER seen two games be so similar. The combat is EXACTLY the same, the cutscenes are similar (the way bosses are introduced, etc), the engine looks kind of similar as well, the animations are ridiculously similar, and even the platforming segments are the same. Fucking assholes.

I don't really think it's gonna phail that hard... After all, GoW was awesome. It's just so embarassing how much stuff they've shamelessly ripped off out of the game, and that kind of pisses me off. I mean, for Ao2 for example, the game is inspired in the genre that Gears pioneered (sort of) but it's not a ripoff... It has its own ideas. What does Dante's Inferno have? Shooting projectiles? That's original, right?

Yea, like alot of you i was a bit on the fence about this game.. But i mean it has alot going for it and seems to be different. I think there should be NO mutiplayer, BUT co-op misson's that are not apart of the story. An you can be ranked on speed kills accuracy etc etc on each misson, An you no dlc and etc etc would make it much fun. They should add like horde, intel gathering, Capturing and stealth co-op shit. would be great use of the feature.
