They are great at hauling logs and I've even pulled them through water with this thing but if your looking for a work vehicle go on there site it's like max atv or something and check out the buffalo...and if you go in the water with it alot they even sell motor mounts on these things so you could even put an outboard boat motor on one
crazy.. i grew up in georgetown just on the other side of the railtracks to this hole. There are some bar pits right behind that hole that we used to swin in years ago before that neighbor hood was there. When i was a kid, like an idiot i shot out one of the dump trucks windows that was hauling from the bar pit. The owner of the property chased me all the way to my house.. BUSTED.. crazy memory i thought i would share on this area
Abercorn-that main street coming into Savannah-west on abercorn going out of town left at the next road past king george blvd back thru the housing area
Go west on abercorn past king George Blvd, next stop light (before hiway 17) you will see a Georgia floors direct on the left. Go straight through the housing area and follow the road to the back of the housing area until it turns to dirt. This area runs between two railroad tracks and there are dirt trails and water everywhere.
Nice video, Dan. (It doesn't look like Scotty has any vids of his own, but is awfully fond of the boys in the mountain bike vids...)
Anyway, it looks like you're enjoying the MaxIV to the fullest. Do you have the Kohler or Briggs engine? Come on over to 6x6world-dot-com and have a look around. All sorts of amphib owners from across the U.S. on the message boards...
Scotty, I watched your mountain bike video and you are indeed the man. Sorry I can't be more like you but I am 53 years and have to do something to keep myself intertained-keep up the good work I am sure you have a bright future! DAN

How well does the max climb steep hills compared to a 4 wheeled atv?
1911brian 1 year ago
@1911brian On long steep hills where you can get speed an atv will out do me, on slow slick climbs that are slow going and tortuous the Max is King.
