i dont get it.you demo the man in blue loading up/cocking the punch.i see this telegraphing the shot,slowing it down and opening him up to the right lead.sorry,its correct but really good hooks ive seen[real pros]often snap right from the resting defense position.i mean you often see no tip off or"load up"at all.mayweather,lennox lewis,especially seem great at this.how do these guys,and many others ive observed get power this way?these hooks are fast,strong and offer no warning at all??
