I love this guy. He has a sack over his head , really skinny (you think it'll be pretty easy 'cause he's not very big), takes bullets and explosions to the face like a champ. And, sometimes when you think you kill him, he gets back up and swings wildly with the chainsaw.

RE5 ROCKS! and XD when I first found him I was like "oh fuck, oh fuck, SHIT" I ran away shot at him and then when I was away from him getting more amo two sec later he came right behind me and got me and I was like "OH SHIT!!" and I died then3 hourslater I found out how to kill him andI won. :D I am getting this game the day it comes out.

your suppose to shoot the chainsaw guy eye and run up to him when he's weak and punch him several times until he's dead for sure

When he closes in you can just run forward past him and you'll be safe.

Shoot him til you stun him and run up and melee.

Also, use the transformer on the pole by the bottom of the stairs to do some damage to him.

Seriously, fair attempt at it if you are surprised, especially with a handgun. Did you play RE4? You hardly used the Down-B reverse turn and you shot incessantly. Your reaction made your actions terrible. Funny to watch.
