@Mizchika its better to do protective styles bc the more u keep ur hands out your hair the more breakage u can avoid while growing > Ive been nat for abt 9 months and i only transitioned for 1 month and i keep kinky twist, sewin and half wigs in the beginning. No ur hair wont grow faster though.. thats due to ur genetics

No because the amount of olive oil that I used on my hair would not have given my entire head that amount of shine. It definitely was from the curly meringue.

I am not sure... I have not used the curly pudding in a while and when I did I shingled it through my hair instead of doing a braidout. If I do a braidout with the product I will be sure to give a comparison.
@funnyface002 I've done braid outs and twist outs with the CM and CP. The only difference is that the CM has a better hold and the styles last longer.

Wow, your hair looks beautiful! You know what's amazing to me is... this is so old school...I am 40+ years old and the braidout is one of the reasons I decided to go natural again 3 years ago. We did our hair this way, back in the day, before we could aford perms! LOL... The only difference is we used hair grease instead of creme products. (same results) . One thing I have learned from you and other youtubers is to leave the grease products alone. Thankyou for that.

GORGEOUS!!!! I have a small sampler sized jar of the curly meringue; however, mine is more like a gel rather than a cream. I wondering now if I got a bad batch. I used it for a wash and go, but I wasn't really pleased with the results. I'll have to revisit the Curly Meringue for a braid out. Great vid!

I used it for a wash and go, but I wasn't really pleased with the results. I'll have to revisit the Curly Meringue for a braid out. Great vid!

Looks GREAT! I've been contemplating using Miss Jessies' products. Have you used the babybutter cream as well? Are the products drying??

I can't believe how much your hair has grown so fast!!! It is beautiful!! I'm going to try this tonight. I usually just 2 strand twist my hair--I never braid it. It seems to give a better wave pattern when braiding it. Can you show how you did that up do? I live in the South --the hot & humid weather is coming soon & an "up-do" is what I really need!!
