I remembered LOVING this back when I saw it playing on PBS (PBS was broadcasting the entire concert and showing clips of Red Rocks concert as well) XD And was immediately awed by John Tesh's Piano and entralled by Charlie Bisharat's violin XD

Wow. He's really improved since I've heard him play. Last concert I watched was Red Rocks in '95. It's like he's "feeling" the music much more now. Constantly amazed by Charlie Bisharat's violin skills.

@5ivepdx 'Spanish Steps' performed at the Avalon Ballroom on Catalina Island off the coast of California in 1997.

@phoenixdoubledeuce - oh, didn't realize that the two performances were so close together. Still looks more intense than the Red Rock performance, if you ask me. Don't follow him too much, but this one is a favorite.

I remember being mezmerized by this whole 'Avalon" concert on A&E ( ithink). Is it out on DVD. The violinist and the two guitar players were a show in their own right. One of those gosh I wish I'd have been there.

I love this song! Does anybody have the song 'Avalon', off the same album? I had the cd but cant find it anywhere. All i have is the case and the insert-thing that goes in the front-- which he autographed, btw.
