How am I supposed to believe this, when followers of the Bible IMPOSE their beliefs on innocent children. A CHILD DOES NOT SIN. If a child is acting out, it is the response for being abused. If you observe a 4 year old for example after they steal a cookie, the child will hide the cookie behind him and say "I didn't take it."
Sin is not a learned behavior but rather we are born with a sinful nature - all of us.
This is why we need a Savior. Our sin separates us from a holy God. The Lord Jesus Christ paid for our sin when he was nailed to the cross, died, and rose from the grave 3 days later.
A child stealing a cookie doesn't compare w/what adults do. That is why when I was little it always annoyed me to hear we are all sinners. It was just a negative cloud that I didn't care to hear about as the kid I was. It also makes children feel like they did something wrong, and children have a way of thinking that everything bad is their fault! (I learned that on Dr Phil).
