How does your friend Mark like his PT140? I've got one in all black with almost 3,000rounds through it and it's never had a problem, absolutely love it.

It's really easy to conceal too, i use it as my carry gun.

I also have a Romainian made AK47, 7.62x39 really blows targets to pieces. It's the most fun to shoot.

Have you ever run it in the 1/4mile?

No dyno numbers yet (still want to finish a few things first). Prior to the last round which included CAT back and some tuning, I ran a 13.7ET in the 1/4 (street tires). I suspect with the latest changes and some better tires (and more practice) I can get around 13.4 ET.

I'll have to get some video of it once the weather gets a bit nicer.

this is mark and yes i love my pt140 it gives me the power of the .40 cal and the frame of a full size with out the weight or bulk. I do love to carry concealed as well. I forget i have it on some times.

the guy in the white shirt has is rifle slung very loosely, if you go across the back instead of on just the shoulder it is a little more snug and you dont have to keep and eye on it

That's true... the best time to practice is when they are not shooting back. Allows you to practice again another day. That way, you can actually hit your target when the moment of truth comes. It also helps if you hold some kind of resentment against pie. ;-)

I have been experimenting with ammo but in this video (this AR's first tactical shoot) I was primarily using American Eagle 55 gr FMJ. I didn't want to spend a ton of money because we were shooting a lot. In the other video (shot a couple weeks later), I tried the Wolf 55 gr FMJ. Keep in mind, the newer Wolf .223 ammo no longer has the lacquer coating but it is dirtier than most so clean you gun well afterward.

Couldn't fit it all in one reply....

I am a left hander and spent a good amount of time deciding what AR to get. The left handed Stag 15L finally sold me. It's a true mil-spec weapon and left or right handed, they make a GREAT AR. I made a few modifications/additions.... Voltor Mod Stock, houge pistol grip, Stag 2TL kit (quad rail, A2 BUIS), Tango down fore grip, L3 Halo sight, magpull followers, and some more stuff.

1. of or pertaining to tactics, esp. military or naval tactics.

In this little video, it simply indicates we are not doing traditional hunting or sniper type of shooting. We are maneuvering around obstacles, doing followup shots, small targets, stalking, etc.
