Get yourself Sony Vegas, A youtube downloader and a youtube-to-mp3 converter.

Download whatever source you want to use (CDI sources are on YoshiArt, as are Super Mario Bros) There are plenty of other great sources you can find to make a remix.

Then edit them together in sony vegas, synchronise them, and change the pitch.
