You can not trace an electron orbit to be repeatable in the same trajectory but at the macro level the molecules form matter and we perceive these qualities. We can likewise gain repeatable observations when dealing with matter at the level science is at. At the sub-particle level it get's a bit dicey and less predictable.

When science can prove that I have experienced love than science will have made progress to a more complete understanding of the world. Skeptics love their "clear, repeatable, evidence". @ivnuzi That's the whole point. No two molecules are the same, no two moments in time are the same. The only thing that is repeatable is a macro point of view of matter. You can not trace an electron orbit to be repeatable in the same trajectory but at the macro level the molecules form matter and we perceive these qualities. We can likewise gain repeatable observations when dealing with matter at the level science is at. At the sub-particle level it get's a bit dicey and less predictable.

@ivnuzi I can't get a physicist to commit to an answer on the nature and source of energy. Much of the phenomenon we see is of an energetic nature. It exists in a state that is unrepeatable. It is not bound by the same rules as matter. Take a look at the things that go through the mind. No two moments of thought are ever the same yet we agree that thought is a real occurrence in human nature. Science needs to open and embrace a wider dimension of reality.

Any powerful Aliens nearby ought to be apparent, as technology increases so does its signature. Things like Dyson spheres ought to be visible if life were common everywhere, it's statistics. They were moving so fast we couldn't believe our eyes or know what to believe. It is one thing to about false reasoning when you consider the obvious, but this case doesnt quite fit the bill. For one, it was a random time and place. If that is not true, the object still changes direction to much to be at the will of the wind. I would like to say that this took place near a airforce base, so there is a possibility it was that.
