The pilots are higher ranked than the ground staff and this also is a sense of camaradarie that is expressed and pilots also salutes tham back as we take off, that's not seen on the video.But it's about the fact that planes flies not just because of the pilot but also other ground technicians who are taking care of the plane 24 hours.

.22 means the pilot is clear to roll out at the taxi way. After this the ATC takes over to guide the pilot. The pilots are higher ranked than the ground staff and this also is a sense of camaradarie that is expressed and pilots also salutes tham back as we take off, that's not seen on the video.But it's about the fact that planes flies not just because of the pilot but also other ground technicians who are taking care of the plane 24 hours.
