  • lol @ 4:06

what other 'lips' is she referring to?

  • this is the frist show staring olive oyl

  • LOL why did they need the jeep? The plane was in walking distance?

  • Like the goon cuckoo clock at 1:00 !

  • "I don't believe it. Those nitwits cleared a path to the jeep. Maybe I was wrong about those 2......."

    *buried in snow*

    "NOPE. I was RIGHT."

That made me LOL back then on Saturday mornings and it still does to this day.

  • Yes, that was hilarious!

the other part that cracks me up is this part.

Sargeant Blast: Of course you can! it's a game called "Clean Up The Snow." NOW GET GOING!!

    snowdrift falls on her.

Every time that happen, I crack up again!

  • I used to watch this cartoon every Saturday morning.

  • Sgt Blast rules

  • That sounds like Ethel Merman doing her voice.

  • Actually that's JoAnn Worley playing Sgt. Blast's voice.

  • Yeah I know. She sure sounds alot like Ethel Merman. In fact, I wonder if Ethel was ever approached to do the voice.

  • Think she's related to Bluto?

  • Sgt Blast is terribly put-upon, isn't she?

  • Yes, she is. Having two insubordinates who end up getting things done, regardless of how it is done, one of them doing things without understanding, can really stress her. Regardless, at least these cartoons are good.

  • Know what would have been funny, if Sgt Blast wound up marrying Bluto in "Popeye and Son" rather than the made-up-for-the-show Lizzie.
