this is the second video i saw of these ..apparent pull ups..i tried them after the first but they are no where close to reg pull ups...there are other ways to become more athletic..using bad form shouldn't be one..and yes military does use it..my friend is a Lt. in the army and..uses it..and i blow him out the water with strength speed and overall body athleticism and endurance stop looking for these weird ways of working out.stick to the basics eat good..and your body can be anything you want
A few notes, if you have not tried them, do so. When you do them this way your lats, biceps, forearms, and yous ABS get a very real work out. It's true that these are a lot easier (when done with proper form the scale is about 15 to 50) than regular pull ups, but to say that they don't work your arms and back is basically saying that gymnasts on rings can't possibly be strong. Crossfit is used by military personal, firefighters, and world martial arts champions.
i can do one arm pull ups while doing bicep curls for 300 reps. U mad?

why do you want to do it that way? it just eliminating the training of your arms and back.
