  • I know someone will say it is another copy...Ok。。it's copy from god, because it is the best in the world, we have not way to copy from any other country..What a pity...But the first generation collaborated with Germany, the third ICE tech....

  • Derived from? Stolen from.

  • my question is why the vactrain looks so aerodynamic? if it's in a vacuume, where there is no air, thus no drag, why the need for such a bullet appearance. a brick would work just as well as a bullet in a vacuume.

  • I'd say, Nothing beats the Japanese Shinkansen, at all.

China got faster trains??? well, I don't care, I'd still enjoy the comfort , safety and punctuality of the Japanese Shinkansen.

  • I have just heard that China is going to build a train with 4000-25000 km/h. If China will build a train with 4000 km/h within the ten years, this will far surpass other Train industry countries.

  • We Japanese envy Chinese who has advanced railway traffic control system.

We Japanese envy superior leadership of Chinese Communist Party directing to bury the accident vehicle under soil and trying to conceal it.

  • @triphappy FYI the vehicles were already excavated.

  • who would want to ride a train that has killed over 200 people within a few years?

Japans has been around since 1964 and has had 0 deaths.

it is irrelevant if they copied german or japanese tech, since obviously the tech they use is garbage.

  • @JapanIncorporated Infact, alot of people want to.

  • @JapanIncorporated U japanese are just jealous. Ur country cannot even survive without China. Try to use the recent accidents to stir up things.

  • @Lanciau1 funny how you think it's the japanese trying to stir things up, complain to your corrupt government officials. Whats more important to China? the safety of your citizens or showing off ?

Jealous of what exactly? we supplied you many of the components of your trains, except the most important part, which is the safety tech, which was built in China. Our trains can go a lot faster but they limit the speed because safety matters more then showing off.

  • @JapanIncorporated Indeed, the previous railway minister was more concerned with showing off than safety. The current one has realized that safety must come first.

  • good copy from japan's technology .. cheater !!

  • My favourite nation in whole world is China.......great work

  • 4.8billion per mile.

Interncontinental track, like NY to LA (2500miles)

    2500x4.8 = 12000billion or 12trillion bucks to build a 2500mile vactrain track system.

About nearly the whole united states public deficits. W00w alot.

Theyre bitching with their deficits that will take perhaps a decade to repay. And you pay the same to connect a hypersonic line between la and new york.

Not to mention all the other future transcontinental vac tracks.

  • @siamfd201 They know how things work and are able to intelligently copy items but at the same time reduce the quality of the material so that a lower class can afford it and have a similar experience.

  • @siamfd201 will american use their own mind to think, or they just copy the words from so called "fair" western media?

  • @siamfd201 Sure, you can go on ahead and think just like that.

  • What about Kawasaki?

  • Congra...China, push a train to 380kph is sofisticate tech, the train weight about 1,000 tons in few miutes, automatic braking, smooth ride without scary shockwave is remarkable,

Read News China now is testing 600kph train, Man, China indeed taking lead is this high tech age

  • @AmazinglyAgnostic Bro, time is money. But first, the nation must be super cash rich before she even dare to dream of building such project. Few weeks ago, Obama tried to propose high speed train in US but too bad too many objections came from other politicians. Frankly speaking i don't think US will able to build high speed train in the near future.

  • @But2Star We have the cash; we make the cash. We have oil, natural gas, timber and an educated workforce. The reason we don't make trains is not a lack of cash or resources.

  • @AmazinglyAgnostic Consider the following: Cost = Wages. The term cost isn't understood very well. Especially not in the Desperate States of America. In the DSA cost, socialism, communism, etc. are buzz-words which have being implanted in the brains of the masses as "bad stuff". In reality most folks dont know the real meaning behind those words. Opinions are created by watching news from the Walt Disney Corp. No wonder that the DSA is in such a bad state.

  • China is way ahead of the USA. While in the united states public transport is seen as an alien technology the rest of the planet turns toward more efficient and effective ways for transportation. The people who are using this train are actually faster than the Americans.

  • The vactrain is also going to be used on the TransAtlantic Tunnel and SwissMetro routes in the far future.

  • @Trainmaster189 The SwissMetro is already a pie in the sky and the TransAtlantic tunnel is still in its conceptual stage.

  • The maglev is developed from GERMAN TRANSRAPID TECHNOLOGY.

  • @JSimp140 Isn't it obvious?

  • @ManjuSu Is it by Siemens?

  • @JSimp140 of cours not. It is obvious not german transrapid!! you know what, china, japan and germany all have some technology like this, not just german have.

  • In the 1970's an American company was formed to develop high speed rail. However, the U.S. Auto industry, wanting to keep it's selfish profits coming in from mass automobile transportation, used it's influence to get gov. and private funding cut destroying the company. Now the U.S has no real high speed rail developed. Once again, the greed inherent to capitalism shoots itself in the foot. Go China!

  • As why technology is advance for the love of all not for one.

  • MANN iI wonder when our stupid goverment will stop argueing and spending money on travelling to some place for a holiday and start a high speed rail that is competitive with Air travel from Melbourne to Canberra to Sydney to Newcastle to Gold Coast to Brisbane. You say its not going to work because the passengers numbers will not be good enough. But if the travel time is short enough and and fares cheap enough the it will work. Comeon Aussie Comeon Comeon. Lets get it going ALERADY. COMMON SENSE

  • @yousurehuh Depends on which train you're referring to. If you're talking about the the 380km/h+ trains, then those trains were an entire Chinese affair. And second, what are you trying to imply?

  • Bombardier Regina: Swedish.

    Bombardier Zefiro: Swedish

    E2 Shinkansen: Japanese

    Alstom Pendolino: French

All already in use in Europe and Japan. Ooops!

Two independently researched trains? Maybe China should stop ripping off technology already invented overseas and focus on giving human rights to its citizens, and not imprisoning those who speak out against their house of cards.

    Google: Lu Xiaobo

  • @SocratesOwnsGorgias None of the trains shown in this video are ripped off. The designs may be the same but the speeds are higher compared to the original ones; China already has developed it's latest HSR on its own (CRH380A) which operates at a max speed of 486km/h and it's already developing an even faster version (CRH420) and a Vacuum train which can operate at a max speed of 1000 km/h, start searching for excuses boy.

  • @ManjuSu Okay, ripped off, based upon technology developed in another country. Very similar, so I'm happy to concede the point on "ripped off". The two designs that they have already are their own fair enough, and those weren't what I was mentioning. I already know that China is able to do this stuff precisely because they have less concerns over fundamental issues with their country than others in the west.

  • @SocratesOwnsGorgias I'll keep repeating it until you get it through your head: it was not ripped off. Everything which CSR and CNR obtained in the very beginning when the long-term Chinese HSR plan was started (from designs to technology) were through legal procedures, they digested it and developed their own HSR technology; the results are quite known and China will continue to push it's HSR tech to greater lengths. And may I ask of which "fundamental issues" you are talking about?

  • @ManjuSu They are so much faster because they have got new rails. Wonder why India is still using medieval train technology...

  • @flow2fly India will get trains which are capable of travelling at faster speeds too, eventually but probably with foreign assistance.

  • @SocratesOwnsGorgias As for Liu Xiaobo; you can PM me about that traitor, not on this video or I'll consider it as trolling.

  • @SocratesOwnsGorgias woops! what a Mr Master Bater ! LOL. enough with your retarded cold war propaganda manner. none of those shits above you mentioned can pass 370km/h speed.while chinese new train CHR380 have 486km/h. and for liu xiao bo...this scumof nation deserves the prison.don't you think chinese like you use ass to think. that jerk in 1992 on an interview used to say only way to develop China is to let China become western countries' colonies. . enemy's friend is our enemy.

  • Impressive achievement, GO CHINA, How did they did it???

After all may be communis is better then democratic, they put their people first,

see the China erathquake and flood, the wole nation gave a hand.

  • in america we have our hot-rods and Escalades, haha... we are so proud of our gas guzzlers and our 1960s boat lookalike cars, so we can fit our fat asses in them, hahaha....

  • The rapid progress of the world is built by giants standing on the shoulders of other giants. But in the end, neccessity is the mother of all inventions & development.

The advanced countries in the world are all going for fast trains because they all woke up from the slumber of procrastination that within a century, we will have used up all major natural resource if we don't act now.

It does not need global warming to justify high speed trains to replace planes.

  • @ManjuSu How much did the japs copy from the US? How did Toyota come about? As if the japs didn't just buy US cars, tear it apart, and then reinvent upon US technology, how bout Playstation 3, you think the japs could have done that without US technology? Why doesn't anyone care about these copyings? and choose to harp on chinese trains that from the top down to even the cement composition had to be completely redesigned to work, maybe there should only be 1 toyota company allowed in the world

  • there are somebody want to prove chinese TGV is made by their countries, it's just a stupid way to steal reputation.

  • chiese high speed train is made in europ or japan, not made in china.

that's what you want to say?

  • @coltec111 No, the designs derived from different European and Japanese trains. But the trains themselves are manufactured in China.

  • @ManjuSu why we couldn't find some train so rapid in Europ or Japan? the Europeen and Japanese are so generous? can give their best technique to communist china. I don't think so.

  • @coltec111 That's because China simply improved the existing technology by themselves, but it's not only the technology but the tracks as well.

  • @ManjuSu whatever it is, that is besides the point. The important point is China now has it and it is continueing in developing it. Not many countries in the world can stand up and say "we have a good speed rail network", not even in America!

  • @coltec111

    ManjuSu you fool.

First of all, GET A REAL NAME.

    Second, LEARN ENGLISH.

Third, GET A BREATH MINT, THAT MOO GOO PINK PANG SMELLS LIKE SHIT.

fourth, stop copying the civilized worlds technology.

  • @slobhinav je parles plusieurs langue, I speak several languages, english is just like paper, maybe toilet papier,I use it when necessary. I don't care its quality.you know chinese Indian done how much to develop world's technique even they were stolen by those crusadic countries? civilized? which country mentioned in this video is civlized? they are just some crusadic tribes, and think themself as god like you, don't you think so? what a smell like shit.

  • @slobhinav

First of all, "Manju su" means "Manchu culture" in Manchu language are you ignorant?

Second, I think you can understand my English pretty well.

Third, there's nothing wrong with my breath, but you won't even know the smell of it since you never met me in person; thank you very much.

Fourth, since when was China copying and is the Western world considered "civilized"?

  • @coltec111

    Ok, Manu Su.

All these trains are derived from Japanese, German, and one Italian company.

First of all, China has never and probably never will make its own designs for anything worthwhile.

The Chinese maglev in Shanghai, you know where the technology was bought from? SIEMENS. A company from Germany, a greater nation than poor, over populated, weak, smelly, and dumb China.

Germany and her allies whipped your people 200 years ago, and in 1945, and still do.

  • @slobhinav Correction: the designs, "train" is a term that is too general and the designs are derived from a Japanese, German and CANADIAN company (Bombardier).

First of all, that's entirely subjective, maybe I should PM you all the designs that were available for the CRH380A or even the CRH420; it would change your mind.

About the Siemens maglev in Shanghai, you're right about that. China didn't have much skill in HSR development but now it does.

  • @slobhinav you are rude, period.

  • @slobhinav you moron nazi cock sucker, you are probably not even German. Chinese got the best high speed rail tech in the world now. Suck that one up bitch.

  • @JZeed27

    DI HUNDEN.

    You female dog.

SIEMENS makes the technology for these trains. CHINA is a back-end MANUFACTURER.

There is a grave and huge difference between designing and manufacturing. Germany has the brains. China......the manpower you can say.

I am tired of arguing with you Chinese filthy communists. You people think you designed everything, what a joke. You just MAKE IT. The same way as China copies Russian jet turbines or Japanese cars (and makes them much, much worse)

  • @slobhinav I thought the CRH380B and CRH380BL are both Chinese designed and manufactured but Siemens provided the original model. And for the record, China hasn't reverse-engineered ANY Russian jet engines; it bought them.

  • @TheBrolit

Nope mate. Siemens gave technology transfer for both those trains........however, there have been a few Chiense modifications on them to make them go faster.

Also, we can expect China to start designing its own trains, which it already has (high speed ones I mean).

No, sorry about the engines. They bought the engines.......do you think just just stuck them in a plane and forgot? It is universally known they copied the RD-33 and are now making their own version of it.

  • @slobhinav The only Chinese engine I know of that incorporates reverse-engineered Russian technology is the WS-10A and that one is good for 1.500 hours of operation compared to the AL-31F's 900 hours; the engineers of the WS-10A managed to tweak the design. The only engines the Chinese have of the RD series is the RD-93, which they use for the JF-17 and they're working on an engine (WS-13) to replace that too.

  • @JZeed27OW..

WHO DARES TO SAY CHINA 'S HIGH SPEED TRAIN IS THE BEST??!!

    >> The recent headlines of the problems they faced threatened to tore CRH 's reputation apart.

    >> Many passengers have been pissed off and most of them mentioned that they will avoid riding the CRH again!!

    The Conclusion>>>

CHINA can stop boasting about their high speed trains and their high quality service onboard.. Japan will forever be #1 for high speed train reliability.. China can stop acting like one!!

  • @TrainHDworld Being a Japanophile while not have ridden a HST in China makes your conclusion more inconclusive; you wouldn't have said that if you experienced it yourself.

  • @slobhinav You're spouting ignorance and slogans that have no practical meaning at all. You can take a look at all the designs that were available for the CRH-380A train; if you've seen those you wouldn't be jumping to conclusions like that!

  • @ManjuSu that's a method to evolve technique.new technique are always base on the old ones.is there any problem? I think any country should develop the technique, it's the way to change the humain's life. china has well done. anyway, ancien time, chinese have given lots of technique to world also. last hundreds years chinese have done less only for the interruption by strangers, manchu, western and japanese.you know, these countries taken away chinese research chance by stealing chinese riches.

  • All in all an interesting video, you may also see zefiro's operating in Canada someday

  • copy tech...

  • @kazuueda2008jp we can see people like you everywhere lol

  • @kazuueda2008jp i saw someone jealous. we copy it because our government can afford the costs to running this things in each cities, can you ?

ironically everybody says the economic of UK is powerful enough but from what i can see and my research all the europe country is suck !!!!

UK's education is very famous in the world, but i think except top ten university others are the crap, especially master degree was exaggerated.

  • This is all sooooo cool... Where is the Vactrain supposed to be deployed? It looks like an underwater tunnel maglev... very interesting...

  • "CHINESE MAGLEV TRAIN DEVELOPED BY CAIC -- INDEPENDENTLY RESEARCHED"

Was entirely researched and implemented by German firm Transrapid, other than some of the track implementation.

  • @calorus No, you're referring to the Maglev train in Shanghai which commenced operation in 2004. The one I'm referring to in my video is a Chinese-developed Maglev train which was introduced by CAIC this year and this was after 6 years of research.

  • @ManjuSu - I have just read up a bit on the CAIC Maglev because I was as you say thinking of the Shanghai line, and it is as you say a separately manufactured train.

That said, however, it is not independently 'researched' at all - this is a Chinese re-manufacture of the TransRapid machine, simply running nearer to the TransRapid's top speed of 509km/h. TransRapid still provide some components for use on the Chinese version of their train, and the trainsets and tracks are cross compatible.

  • @calorus The difference is that the CAIC maglev incorporates lightweight design and materials of airplanes and the technology is not German at all only the components are.

  • @ManjuSu - The motor technology is unchanged, the aerodynamics are unchanged and most tellingly, both the CAIC & TransRapid trains' components are largely interchangeable.

Now, I admire the Chinese, and adore them for forging ahead with both of these machines. I also respect the developments they have made to Transrapid's design.

However to my mind there is no way that the train can be claimed to be "Independently Researched".

  • Fascinating article on the future of high speed rail in china, including info on vacuum trains currently being developed that can go up 4000mph: ceasefiremagazine. co . uk/2010/09/science-china-train/

  • Maybe they might build channel tunnels to connect Taiwan, Japan, and Korea then the high speed trains in those countries will compete against each other like the trains in Europe.

  • Comment removed

  • It is heartening to view the video clip and to read the comments posted that China's leadership has made very strong commitment and efforts to build highspeed trains purely for the future and greatness of China in that lowering transport costs for every sector of industries as well as moving industries and developments to the western regions. Thus in turn it brings competitive strategy is a premium for China in years to come.

  • Crh380 is developed using several train's tecnology

  • @LHPpcTutorial depends on which one you're referring to.

  • Hmmmm...

I think it may be a little TOO early for vactrain technology,

unless you are speaking of maglev trains underground??

Correct me if i`m wrong, also apparently vactrains have the ability to travel well over 1000km per hour...

  • @TheCORE87 Yes, this video refers to the underground Vactrains which run on ETT (Evacuated Tube Transport).

And Indeed, Vactrains are capable of travelling at a maximum speed of 1000km/h or even more which the Chinese are developing right now.

A smaller version of the Chinese vactrain will be introduced in 2012-2013 but it will enter service in 2020.

  • @ManjuSu

Oohh ok thanks for the info...

  • @TheCORE87 or a high speed train that drives itself instead of having a driver or engineer to operate them.

  • Very nice!

  • Excellent info! I didn't know that the CRH1A/Bs were from a different family than the CRH1Es.

  • @Junkiang 在第一个单位CRH380 -的A / B已下线生产线自5月以来,我相信...

  • 必需大力发展科技,包括运输科技,唯此能使民族真正复兴,重回世界第一强国。

  • Finally, the Chinese started working on the vactrains!!! The terrestrial supersonic speeds are possible as could be seen in this video /watch?v=-mgO1M3gyfI . However, an enormous energy offset to sustainably move at such speeds would require putting the train in evacuated tunnel. The problem of supersonic boom will also be eliminated. It should not be even a train, just a set of passenger and cargo cabins moving under computer control. No need to stop a train to pick passengers!!!

  • Nice video, will there be a high speed ligne connection between Shenyang to Harbin?

  • @tonga007ki Indeed, It's actually part of the Harbin-Dalian highspeed line but Shenyang will make part of that highspeed line. All of it will be completed by this year.

  • @ManjuSu

I know that they're working on Dalian-Shenyang section but didn't know that Harbin is part of the package. Do you know the specific day for Shenyang-Harbin section to be completed?

  • @tonga007ki No, only the year. Sorry.
