I don't believe she's always wanted to be Chaka, but Whitney may cite her as a musical influence. Whitney has her own style. She covers songs she likes and always does a phenominal job in my opinion. I have the Japan version of Im your baby tonight album and after hearing her remake of this i can attest this was one of her stronger performance than that of bodyguard that would come after. Between 1990 -1992(early) she was vocally un- challengable I'm Your baby tonight is my favorite album of hers for that reason alone THAT VOICE!!
