So I guess if he stayed there and died, he would of been a brave man huh? unbelievable. There is no telling where and or how far the cloud was when he arrived. He is probably not trained up to hazmat stuff and had no clue what all to expect. give the guy a break. I'd bet you do the same thing if you was standing there and saw fire coming down igniting the fumes everywhere.
@Matrix9381 Correct, the Cop did the correct thing and stopped short of entering the Railyard until more emergency crews arrived. We were given this video in Hazmat training class as well.
Wow I remembered when this happend, me and my buddies were actually the first people down there and got some halfway decent footage with my camera. They showed it on channel 3. I remember when this specific footage from the cop car was shown
