@Lucap1000 These days, I record the video in fraps, rename all the files to stuff like doom1.avi, doom2.avi etc., open up a wonderful program known as Virtualdub, use a feature known as "append segments" to get all the fraps clips together, select the Xvid codec, and save.
You're not loading the wad + deh patch correctly. Don't worry, it happens to lots of people. When you load it correctly it should look like the video, minus the weapons mod.
I've seen the site to where you can download the Wolfenstein levels. I've attempted to download one before, but I have no idea where to put it in so I can play it, what game does it go in?
Just put the .wad file in the same directory as your doom program, select all the files of the mod, and drag it to your doom exe (zdoom's the one I use)
That was jolly good playing there! I can't play Wolfendoom/Doom itself that well. I have to go on HNTR difficulty. I like the weapon mod you made. It resembles the doomguy's had with the ROTT pistol. Am I right?

Yeah, it's doomguy's hand with the ROTT pistol, but those graphics were done elsewhere. (Since I had ripped them for the weapon mod so many years ago and I only started work on the mod now, I forgot who did them originally. :( )

Does anyone know of a decent program that isn't Windows Movie Maker to compile multiple clips together? WMM keeps killing quality too, but combining it with Youtube..not even a fraction of the quality it should be. Free and easy to use, preferrably (free not being necessary, easy to use required)
