actually i just bought a suzuki lt 250r that needed an air cleaner and a rebuild on the shock plus the engine was just redone on it last year i bought it for a grand yep 1000 dollars believe it it has a total use of about one year its an 89 and a couple times balls to the wall down the road everything is almost mint

The bike is build 100% and it is very easy to handle , but the speed and power is what i would be worried about.

a 450r has alot of low end torque , a 250r has amazing top end power , but it all depends on how the bikes are build , a stock 250r and 450r would be very close in alot of ways , 450r would have more power , a 250r would prob have better speed.bothe great bikes though.
