Sorry guys but this project was just a total waste of money and time. Why use plexiglass when you could have just made or bought a chip $150 or $200 Glue bonded wooden desk (no nails or screws are used in these type of desks).
Also, if you chose to make a video about these type of builds, try and take ur time to plan, design and execute it well. Your build is really messy. Good try though. ;)
@thekcingx Good point- we thought about this- however, cadaver jigs can get really messy and wiping down a wooden table free of blood, formalin etc is not a good idea.
As for the video editing: putting something out there is to stimulate discussion is better than not doing it at all!
instead of all that hard work drilling tapping and threading in plastic screws why didnt you just use acrylic cement it bonds both sides into one piece
@2MCHNV Wanted to make the joints as strong as possible and wasn't sure how strong the cement-only bond would be. It turned out that the bonds were extremely strong and in future projects, will probably use cement only.

Actually the table has been serving its purpose very well- very stable.
