Actually from what I've seen I'm not sure if He Huan is actually a eunuch. Because he once said that he is not a "eunuch" but a "luan tong" which is a male lover or catamite. But that raises the question why he cannot have a beard...so maybe he's still a eunuch?

I'm not sure what the plot is behind this scene, but it starts out with the eunich being very worried about the other guy saying he's been working too hard the last few days. The guy goes into a rant about a whole bunch of stressers and then the eunich calms him down and confesses his love for what seems like the first time, but i haven't seen the series so i don't know. The Eunich then asks for a comb of uncertain significance, but the guy can't find it and freaks out looking for it and

destroys his vanity mirror. though i was wrong in my previous post. It's not a comb, but a book that he's looking for. It was one of the stressers he was ranting about. It is now upto the eunich to comfort him again, and begs the man to let him look for the book when he starts blaming himself for loosing it. The man objects, but the eunich says that he's doing it for him, and for them as a set. The guy objects again for some personal fears and the eunich tries to put him at rest by saying

that he would never do any of those things because the guy in white is the only person in his life/heart. Basically that he's the only person he has. The guy in white goes on another serious rant, but doesn't get to finish because an illness overtakes him and he coughs up blood and passes out. (and probably dies)

That's basically the summary of it, but i can't read chinese well/at all. I'm just listening and thier accent is a bit different from mine. So, there might be some small errors.

He also seemed to be on the verge of an epiphiny, which brought on the choughing blood. He said it was a disease at the beginning, but it might have been poison that was misdiagnosed.
