The Intro is a lot like A Forest by The Cure, but as far as I'm concerned that's a good thing. Plus Blink, especially Tom, are huge fans of the Cure. They even had Robert Smith sing on their last full length album on All Of This.

I get the whole growing up thing on Tom, and as a musician, I fully respect and support that, we cant get stuck on the same thing for to long, it'd take the fun out of making music, but i find this album to be lacking guts, that in your face attitude that is what makes Blink Blink.
