I love Liz, but this writing is infuriating me. I actually enjoyed Rebecca attacking her. I think I'm going crazy. Watching her cry and beg for Lucky to not break off the engagement, only to go over and stomp on Nik's heart before having sex with him was horrible.

But, come on. This is such bad male writing. No court is going to take her kids away because she slept with her fiance's brother. Besides, Jason doesn't acknowledge Jake, and neither was adopted by Lucky.

Really wish the crux of this story (Elizabeth's emotional journey through her guilt over her non-feelings for Lucky) didn't rely so much on the selective use of history. What Lucky did was as bad if not much worse than what Elizabeth has done, yet most of it has been forgotten by the writing. If I cared what Rebecca thought, or believed she had any business being involved at all, I might overlook the crappy writing, but I don't, so I can't. Sorry writers; a bad day for you. Kudos to RH, though!

lol. Not to start an argument, but it doesn't matter how 'legacy' you are. Anyone's replaceable. Look at Genie (Laura) she came back for a little while a few months ago, then they dropped her again. Genie mentioned in an interview she was willing to return but they didn't seem to want her. She's about as legacy as they come. Not to mention all the real other legacy characters that were on WAAAY before Liz that got the boot. Every1 is replaceable and can get the boot no matter how long theyre on.

That's completely true. Sam has been paired with characters like Sonny (briefly) then Jason and then Lucky, then Jason once again. She's never really held a sl alone. It's a pity because I think given the chance she may surprise us all. But it may be too late to really at this point to stand on her own, as I think when a character first enters the canvas is their time shine and identify themselves to the audience in their role. Sams role has been set as the crutch character as you said.

I mean I hate what Liz is doing right now with Niz, as I would much rather see LL2 reunite, but Liz has full custody of her children, and short of abusing them which she's not doing, she won't loose custody, for simply cheating on her boyfriend, as sucky as her cheating is, and as much as I hate it, it wont loose her her kids.
