Unfortunately the Catalan parliament has nothing to do if Spanish government decides to make a law to protect bullfighting.The conservative party Partido Popular,told yesterday that it would propose such a law in order to abolish Catalan's parliament decision.The fact of Catalans to be unable to make our laws is one of the reasons we want independence.Actually,Partido Popular didn't react when Canary Islands banned bullfighting several years ago.

@wmmvb I know, but in Madrid they are doing a PLI against it and they already get the 50.000 signatures to be debatted in the Parliament of Madrid against the petition of Esperanza Aguirre (President of the Madrid community), PP is going to attempt that more seriously so that will make more people to take position on the issue... yes, they could revoke the bullfighting bann but they will have to fight for it because we will fight for it, plus the other groups in the congres have something to say

@DocStrange0123 I hope so! But it is really worrying that the two most important parties in Spain (PP and PSOE) seem to support bullfighting. Anyway, I wish bullfighting disappears some day.
