These tips are bad, just bad. they are just trying to sell some products. Maybe she should say "acne blemishes" not acne scars. Hydroquinone is very good for blemishes but does nothing to scars.

The only ways to remove scars is inject them with fillers, do dermabrasion (not micro, but dermabrasion) which I do not recommend to anybody, and also to take out the scar tissue with an excision and leave a smaller scar.

Actually I found that the sun actually helped my acne, the Diacnel works great too.

I also have damaged acne skin and make microdermabrasion every 6 months. The Avene products for oily but sensitive skin are also great, they have one yellow cream "Diacneal" with Retinaldehyd and Glycolicacid, works great. All product from Avene have thermal water in all creams, maybe that`s the difference.
