I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! IM STILL NOT SURE ABOUT THE NEW PRO SYSTEM..AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING AFRAID OF CHANGE LIKE ALL THE LEADERS AT THE MEETINGS SAY! SOME PEOPLE I THINK JUST DONT ADAPT AS WELL TO THIS NEW PROGRAM...IM STILL TRYING IT BUT SINCE IVE STARTED IVE GAINED A TOTAL OF 2.5 LBS INSTEAD OF LOSING :(..IM GONNA SEE HOW MY NEXT WEIGH IN GOES AND IF I GAIN I AM THINKING OF GOING BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW MUCH I TRY THIS NEW SYSTEM DONT REALLY SEEM TO WORK FOR ME.
I think people hate change and so the first week is hard. I totally agree with you about being more familiar and being second nature. It is SUCH a better plan, so much healthier!!
Speaking of the app... I discovered another awesome techy tool in this months WW magazine. When you are in a rush or tracking is super inconvenient, take a picture of the food you are going to eat and refer to it later when you have some time (or motivation) to track. It's awesome. If I don't track in the moment I sometimes forgot how much of what I ate. Take a picture, it's simple ;)
I really don't get why so many people hate the new plan!! I think some people are just scared of change. I love the new plan. Love it! Fruit for free, amazing flexibility so I can have a big takeaway with no guilt and taking into account calories so I can get more for my points if i really think about my choices- what's not to love?! Good luck with getting back on the wagon, I know its sometimes harder than actually sticking to the plan! X
