I wish her dress was green or a different than blue, it's os been done. I think her main dress should be the white one, it's prettier. Shes one of my fav disney princesses though, although the movie kinda sucks.

@kittycrazy531 There's a bunch of technicality's when it come to Pocahontas, yes she was the princess of her tribe but she never married another royal making her not a real princess. Disney does consider her a princess but never really seemed to include her in any pictures. For example Mulan/Giselle never married a prince so therefore they are technically not real princesses.
@try507 Lol oh ok, I was like is she being serious or is she playing around. I had to look up the history of pocahontas haha. I dont consider her a real princess because she never married a real prince like princess Ariel. I guess Disney does consider her the first Disney princess. Honestly though I consider Brandy the first African American princess, since she played the role as Cinderella in 1997.

I think they use those 6 princesses because there most recognizable. Mulan was a real person in real life, I dont think she actually married the guy. Pocahontas is not a princess either. Have you read the real story about her? I did in my history class and wow! I was disappointed in Disney. The actual guy she married tried to whip out her indian people after she and her Father died.
Ok Let me rephrase my response sounded a bit harsh. Anastasia is looking and waiting to find her family. " some where down this road i know someone waiting years of dream just cant be wrong. well I have been waiting my a African/black princess of my own who looks like me :) plus I dont have jazzy type of music since she is southern.
finally an african american princess, i think disney took too long, but better late than never.
