most of the disparity in achievement is between the upper and lower classes. Lower class blacks and whites perform less than middle and upper class blacks and whites. Most of the middle and upperclass blacks that I know do great in school, and are going to some of the most prestigious schools in the nation. Blacks are just as capable as whites, but they don't always get equal tools that aide suburban public students in their success.

But all continents and people have their ups and downs. Some might argue that the chinese and japanese are at the very least above par technologically, so lets not forget that there are other people creating new technology outside of europe.

I disagree with you, there is a certain role for a male and a certain role for a female in the family context i mean. In a situation where the woman/mother takes on the role of both parents, she will most likely develop masuline traits which is very un-natural and repugnant in a female.
