Skyr icelandic product from the time of settlers :) Befor icelander startid to Export skyr over seas,there war only one skyr Flavior.end that was Shit, taste like ear wax or somthing :) lot´s of flavor now a days.But now skyr is sent out to many nations or made in Foreing nations by icelandic Recepe, i hope you understand any of my spelling,just came home from being partying all night still little Drunk,Cheers
