As said poorly in my first comment "his are are able to copy what they see fairly well". I mean "his eyes are able to copy what they see fairly well." That's how. I'm not saying copying is bad. All of use did at some point. But simply drawing over and over and over again can be counted as practice :). It's still nice work. However it's been shown that people who practice and suck actually become better artist than "pure artist"

because I myself am a professional mangaka and am I able to do it most of it like you do while drawing my mangas, but you do like all the all the time and it blows my mind how you can do it like that when I just simply can't. I guess being a pro isn't all that.
