The South was in the right?! Really?! Yes, you are correct on legality issues, however, not on a moral ground (slavery was not legal in the North). Slavery in Africa was NOT the same as in America. Slaves in Africa, in MANY cultures, were considered almost kin. The slavery in the US was MUCH MORE commercial. Hell, some slaves in Africa even gained inheritance. This is why this argument is ludicrous.
