I really like both you guys and your videos but not sure how I feel about this project.

What I like about a lot of Youtube videos (LifeBurry especially) is that they can be real and raw. To me, this just sounds like a scripted, glammed up version of the same thing, which takes away most of the appeal for me personally. Some people will feel different which is cool.

Good luck getting the money though, as it sounds like a fun thing for you two to do. I don't mean to be rude, just an HonestBurry.

Hey Meghan, if you want a work out that doesn't require a gym, I use a DVD called 10 days to a better body by CIndy Whitmarsh. It has FANTASTIC results and it's SO much fun. It varies each day, and includes cardio and resistance training. I still get a workout doing it even though I do it all the time. If your new place has no gym or if you don't really like going I'd suggest maybe getting it.

I used to be a long distance runner but I actually feel MORE fit now that I've been doing this!

You should do cardio and weights the same day. Cardio everyday for sure and weights 4-5 days a week. just make sure you change up the muscle/ muscle groups each day so you dont do the same one twice a week(that result in overtraining which is bad)

get as much protein from your food as u can, protein shakes immediately aftr workout is perfect, but! you may try this instead, a BCAA drink or capsules. see how you feel with that, then later move up to protein drinks. both wouldnt hurt. but this is better for now, i believe. look up BCAA information and FAQ'S. think you will be very happy with recovery and strength gains by including BCAA in your diet. less expensive also, compared to top whey drinks. this is entry level and foundational stuf

this is positive feedback for you when the workouts get easier. the 'rest' is the time when your muscles repair/grow. as long as the proper nutrients are there for repair. strength gains follow. you're on the rite track. workouts tear down muscle fiber, rest/diet repair muscle.
