If the other player did a huge tech switch air might be a problem with banchy harass but thats really the only air problem because banchies are horrid against lings (because of the numbers of lings).

The shot is supposed to be the punishment for losing. The idea is to make the players play harder so they don't have to take a shot and make their games worse. HOWEVER, maybe the winner could CHOOSE between taking a shot and playing random and the loser would have to take the remaining choice.
