I might be a weirdo for my opinion but I've often thought that Greek Mythology could have been based on fallen angels or sons of God as in Genesis Ch 6, it says the sons (plural) of God mated w/the daughters of man resulting in Nephilim (giants) just a late night rambling, this is one of my favourites.
