Who are they adopting all these kids out to? I hear that CPS is taking kids to make money to adopt them out, but from the adoptive parents standpoint, I hear stories of being on waiting lists for YEARS. In that time many start fertility treatment, get pregnant, and decide not to adopt or they adopt overseas so if CPS is taking a bunch of kids every day across America to adopt them out, who are they adopting them too? There can`t be that many parents wanting to adopt since infertility is rare.
