As for the whole revenge thing, he's not going overboard, I would have done the same thing, KLAUS TOOK EVERYTHING FROM HIM, he can't just go back after being FREED and forget what he had done to innocent people. One thing I love about Stefan is his humanity, he lets his guilt control him & he feels guilty for leaving. Stelena <3

If he gave up on them, she'd have to find some way to lethim go. what was she supposed to do? go after someone who claims he doesnt want her&wontbe w her? Stephen doesnt really give her a choice. Also Klaus didn't take everything. Like Elena says herself- hecouldve had her. he also still had Damon. In the end what was really taken?

The way Stefan fought to stop himself from biting Elena even when compelled too. That alone is impossible, and he managed to do it, because he loves her. What has Elena done for Stefan? Nothing but let herself fall for Damon & refer to Stefan has something evil. She gave up on him.

So Stefan gave her his blood because he couldnt stand if if she died so the blood would be another way to keep her alive and with him (kinda)
