  • penn is in the water up to his neck.. but he uses his arms to help push him out of the water. clay just uses his legs. both men are tremendous athletes but clay without a doubt has superior leg strength, as seen here

  • @Leftyy15 lol ok

  • @xXCUBEZEROXx something funny?

  • @Leftyy15 yes the part where u said clays legs are stronger then BJs legs was quite amusing

  • @xXCUBEZEROXx the man is the world's best track and field athlete... he is one of the fastest runners and best jumpers in the world. he runs the 100 in 10.3, long jumps over 26 feet and high jumps nearly 7 feet. he has a recorded vertical of 43.5 inches.

im not saying penn has weak legs, there's just no point trying to claim he is anywhere near clay.

  • Look at the way BJ did it, he was up to his neck in water. Almost everyone else on youtube is doing it with only their legs under water...BJ ftw.

  • Pretty sweet. I was a decathlete, so I have a lot of respect for Bryan and his accomplishments. But BJ is a stud too!

  • its because bryan clay is a REAL athlete. Not a dumbass who thinks its cool to cage fight

  • @sickhops1 it is cool... keep ur dumbass opinion to urself

  • @sickhops1 mma fighters are the most athletic, toughest, best conditioned people in the world. if you took 5 minutes out of your day to see how someone like GSP trains everyday maybe you would actually appreciate the skill and technique it takes to be a fighter. Sorry you don't have the balls to do it yourself and make excuses like that.

  • @BootyBot

THANK YOU! im about six months into my mma training and its tough as hell. People get on here and talk trash about them but yeah id like to see them spend a day with one of us

  • @BootyBot back in the day when there was 15 rounds in a champ fight boxers were way more conditioned and they still are slightly today mayweather runs like 5 miles a day and thats just getting warmed up

  • @ironman145614 I guess you had no idea then that nick diaz runs triatholons to stay in shape and fedor emelienenko runs 8 miles as a warm up on training days. But yes boxers are great athletes too.

  • @BootyBot ya ik nick does triatholons i always tell the anti smokers that but thats diaz not all of mma lol diaz has the best cardio alongside guys like gsp and valasquez but those are the cream of the crop im saying like a good 70%-80% of mma fighters have shit cardio compared to boxers they get gassed after like 10 minutes of fighting which is pathetic even for someone who isnt a proffesional

  • @ironman145614 well you can say the same for boxers too. Most boxers don't do more than 3 miles of roadwork a day unless they are fighting a twelve round fight. Most of them don't have as great of a gas tank as you say except of course for the "cream of the crop" so that argument goes both ways. Most pro mma fighters in DREAM have a bpm of 40-50. If you can prove that boxers have an average of the same or better in IBF or WBA, then I'll be more than happy to agree with you.

  • @BootyBot ya in dream do an average of all mma fighters look i love mma but cardio is all boxing you have to keep in mind they take way more damage than mma fighters do idc what you say about the no gloves thing boxers hit eachother way more and that is what mainly affects your cardio is the damage you take so if a boxer can go as long as an mma fighter thats saying something cause hes taking damage

  • @BootyBot I don't agree but nor do I disagree as I used to fight myself. But I don't allow my ego to think my training is necessarily harder than another's. I would imagine professional cycling requires the most rigorous training. Try to to ride 30 mph on a a bicycle for 80 miles straight.

  • @strafer allright well they both should be appreciated.

  • @BootyBot Pretty ignorant comment to say because there are tons of different athletes that train extremely hard.

  • @PVPwarcraftologist which makes them real athletes. just like people like gsp and bj.

  • @sickhops1 nobody cage fights because they think its coll ur a fuck up and a dumb ass

  • You know Bryan Clay has a sparq tested 43.5in standing vertical jump? And he has a high jump p.r. of 6'10", at a height of 5'11"? Could Bj Penn kick his ass? Yes. Could he kick his ass at jumping out of a pool? No.

  • that made the news wtf??

  • this is news???

  • yeah bj was all inside water ........so this is just bs!

  • HAHAHAHA.....what i love is that this fag is out of the water, BJ's entire body is in the damn water!...ATHLETIC SUCESS MY ASS

  • @roflstomp3d lmao.. this guy is an Olympic gold medalist in the decathlon.. 2008 olympics.. lolz at your idiotic statement..

  • @roflstomp3d

Think about this for a second: BJ goes down lower into his squat before jumping, so he will already have vertical speed when passing the position Bryan Clay is jumping from. Doesn't that give BJ an advantage over Bryan Clay?

  • BJ is lower in the water, which means more resistance.

  • @stylezNout which also means more leverage. so it evens out

  • @stylezNout u r lower than that when u suck on bj penn balls

  • @legnome236 get off gsps cock faggot ass canadian i only call it when i see it

  • @stylezNout im too busy banging ur mom to do anything else...fag

  • @stylezNout BJ Penn called. He said you aren't quite done sucking his dick yet.

  • @msdefgtv i cant even state an opinion? get the fucking fist out your ass man

  • @stylezNout lol
