  • Wow, I remember a lot o these advertisement, particularly yellow pages, vauxhall, tesco and AOL,schweppes.

    Tesco hasn't changed much, particularly the staff uniform and layout of the stores, a new image is require before custmers lose interest in the food.

  • I can remember a few of these. Fun trip down memory lane. I was 13/14 years old in 1999.

  • Great adverts from 1999 including Abbey promoting its Individual Savings Account. Other financial institutions followed. For a man or woman saving in them up to April 5th 2009 would have built up £30,600 plus any interest earned over the years. I was confused about them at the time but thanks to my sister's advice Francisca and some of my former employees at Zavvi, I opened one in September 2006. I would recommend one as a way of saving in the long run including retirement.
